  • What are workshops?

Workshops offer you the chance to be part of a small coaching group, exploring your relationship with food and weight.   We look at why and how you use food, and then focus on ways of developing a healthier relationship with food that can give you lasting results.. 

Whatever your food/weight issue - whether you’re an emotional eater, a yo-yo dieter, caught in a diet-binge cycle, or you simply want to lose a few pounds - you'll benefit from attending.  Workshop sessions introduce you to the ‘no diet dieting’ approach.  You’ll discover a natural way of losing weight and keeping it off, and learn how to feel in control around food.  You’ll get the chance to try out different techniques that will help you to think, behave, and act differently around food.
