- Individual coaching sessions
Coaching sessions are usually run on a regular basis, such as weekly or monthly. During sessions your coach helps you to develop goals in relation to an issue of your choice, helps you stay focused on them, and helps you to overcome obstacles and get results. We are there to inspire you, encourage and support you. Sessions are completely confidential.
To get the most out of coaching, you need to stay committed – it’s not a miracle fix, it’s about making steady progress towards sustainable solutions. Most people benefit from at least three to six months minimum. Each coaching session usually lasts for 45 minutes, but longer sessions (or shorter sessions) may be arranged. Coaching can take place face to face or by telephone, with email support available between sessions.
- Individual counselling or psychotherapy sessions
These sessions are typically held at the same time once a week, and last for 45 minutes. Sessions offer you the space to discuss personal issues in a confidential, non-judgemental relationship with a professional. Counselling can help you to clarify your thoughts, express your feelings, and understand yourself and your reactions, so that you are ready to move on.
Counselling is offered on a short-tem or long term basis, which can involve working together for anything from a few weeks to many months. Sessions are held face to face at Stratford, East London.
One to one coaching or counselling sessions cost £55. Concessionary rates are available based on income level, and reductions are offered for block bookings of individual sessions. Please get in touch for further details.
